Motor Insurance Features:
The maximum deadline for issuing policies is 24 hours upon receiving all required documents.
New vehicle accident center with a free parking area for customers. A center that is managed by a professionally trained technical staff in Prince Rashid Suburb.
Claims Settlement within 48 hours upon receipt all required documents.
Benefits and Additional Coverage:
Air bags are included in terms of coverage only if a claim is covered.
Road Assistant Services are available free of charge for sedans only.
The company’s maximum liability for accidents recorded by an unknown person is 50%, according with the police report.
The addition of agency repair coverage is possible in case a claim is covered (vehicle age must not exceed 5 years) for an amount of JOD 150 for medium and large vehicles and JOD 100 for Sedans.
The exemption of depreciated spare parts (vehicle age must not exceed 5 years) for an amount JOD 100.
The addition of coverage equivalent to JOD 1,000 annually for accidents recorded by an unknown person together with the police report for an amount of JOD 100 for sedans only.
The ability to cover natural hazards except earthquakes, landslides, and volcanic eruptions for an amount of JOD 50.
The ability to cover car rental allowance for a maximum amount of JD 350 annually in case a claim is covered for an amount of JOD 100 for sedans only.
Free Road Assistance Service for sedan cars including:
Pulling the vehicle in case of mechanical malfunction from any place the client chooses inside Jordan to any place of his choice.
Recharging the vehicle’s battery and starting up the vehicle in any place inside Jordan
Repairing the flat tire and/or the spare tire in any place inside Jordan.
Filling the vehicle with fuel in case of emptiness on road with a limit of three and a half liters in any place inside Jordan.
Pulling the vehicle stuck in snow / sand (only while driving) in any place in Jordan.
Road guidance service through Call Center service
Licensing the vehicle on behalf of the client, including tickets complaint service
Compensation of all costs paid for (Road Assistance Service) included in the program chosen by a third party after approval by (provided availability of original bills).
Only for vehicle age not to exceed 10 years.
